What is Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment?
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a hands-on treatment performed by a DO physician to help improve movement, reduce pain and tension, and support the body's natural healing process. Using gentle manual techniques, OMT may help with neck and back pain, headaches, posture-related strain, sports or overuse injuries, stress-related tension, and movement restrictions related to injuries, medical conditions, or chronic pain. Each treatment is personalized and combined with a medical evaluation to support whole-body wellness.
